Born and raised in the Cornwall area, Kerry resides in Avonmore, Ontario, with his wife Katherine and their three children. In addition to his dedicated family life, Kerry’s interests include boating, water and snow skiing, and golf.

Committed to community, Kerry has been an active member of the Kinsmen Club of Cornwall since 1996. He has served in most executive capacities, notably as President on three different occasions, and has served as the club’s Treasurer for four years.

Kerry is the Past-President of the Avonmore Recreation Association, which looks after the community swimming pool and soccer programs for children from ages 4 – 18. He was also Chair of the fundraising committee for the construction of the North Stormont Place in Avonmore.

After 20 years of service with the North Stormont Fire Services, Kerry recently retired from his position of Deputy Chair at Avonmore Station.

He is the Past-President of the Canadian Association of Financial Advisors, Cornwall Chapter, and also served on the board for several years.
